- Clean driving record and current, valid license
- Clean Bureau of Criminal Investigation (BCI) report
- Must be able to start immediately

Rhode Island Septic Services Inc. is currently hiring for a septic tank servicer. As one of the most trusted names in septic system design, and pumping in Exeter, Washington County, and North Kingstown, RI, we’re looking to add someone to our team who can keep our reputation strong and perform the duties expected of them to a high standard of excellence.
We’re looking for a septic tank servicer who can join our team and learn the ropes from seasoned industry veterans. Applicants should be knowledgeable in septic system function and basic care and maintenance tasks, and have a willingness to learn the standards and protocols our company uses to ensure quality work, done right. Complete Excavation Capabilities

- Clearing lots and digging foundations
- Rock wall and dozer service
- Sewer connections
- Test holes
- Water and electric lines
We work in residential and commercial capacities, on jobsites of varying complexities and purposes.

Duties
Applicants must be able to perform a wide variety of septic tank inspection, pumping and cleaning duties, in compliance with environmental and municipal standards. Some of the many tasks expected include:
- Pump tank using vac truck and associated equipment
- Inspect drain field for damage or signs of malfunction
- Operate pumping and cleaning equipment
- Inspect septic tank and sewer system
- Check tank structure for signs of wear or damage
- Inspect and replace baffles where needed
- Inspect and clean ventilation shafts where needed
- Check and replace all seals
